Reference is made to our circular DSC 2C 2138 dated 22 June 2004.
In view of the decline in the fuel index to below 240 for two consecutive weeks, Malaysia Airlines will revise the fuel surcharge for uplift of cargo on Malaysia Airlines services to the following levels effective 01 January 2005.

Please note that the above surcharge will be based on chargeable weight.
Kindly also be advised that this circular supersedes our earlier circular on fuel surcharge under reference DSC 2C 2442 dated 25 October 2004.
