AXIS – Air Cargo Exchange Information System is an Exception Handling Facility which will soon be available in our MASkargo Website. It is based on the Master Operating Plan designed through the Cargo 2000 programme which provides for post shipment audit of the airport-to-airport movement at a master air waybill level. Once a booking is made, a plan is automatically created with a series of checkpoints against which the movement is managed and measured.

Our key customers will be able to receive automatic status alerts via e-mails, faxes and SMS whenever an exception to the plan has occurred thus allowing MASkargo or the freight forwarder to pro-actively respond to take the necessary recovery actions to fulfill customer expectations. Apart from this, key performance statistics can also be made available for service level measurement and bench-marking against best industry practices.
