The efforts needed by the freight forwarders to receive, audit and pay freight bills accurately to MASkargo is dramatically reduced with the e-Invoicing and Payment facility. Processing and settlement of invoices which used to take days and weeks can now be accomplished in minutes with more consistent, reliable results. The paperless processing would yields advantages in respect of reducing human and processing errors, saves time and eventually lowers the transportation costs.
The above project shall be carried out in stages starting with the e-Invoicing module which is now in the process of implementation and the roll-out of e-payment thereafter when all the necessary administrative details and system requirements have been resolved.
