Fuel Surcharge Application :
- Fuel Surcharge will be based on chargeable weight and the execution date of the air waybills.
- The revision of Fuel Surcharge will be based on the Fuel Index update on a bi-weekly basis. Notification will be shared 14 days prior to implementation.
- Fuel Surcharge shall apply to all types of shipments except fruits, vegetables, flowers, frozen and live seafood ex-Malaysia pending approval from the local authority.
